Thank you for choosing Raseed’s services. Please read the Terms of Service (TOS) carefully. This is a legal agreement between you and Raseed explaining your usage of Raseed billing application and your collaboration with us if you are based in India. By accepting the Terms & Conditions (T&C), you give your consent to these terms while using our product and services. If you disagree with this agreement, you will not be able to use these services.

Parties

This Agreement binds you and your respective representatives, permitted and approved successors (including those by merger and acquisition), and any permitted assigns.

Brand Name

The brand name Raseed, the Raseed logo, and the individual services offered are the trademarks of Raseed billing application. You cannot display or use Raseed’s trademarks without prior notification and written permission. If you do so, it would be considered a violation of the Terms of Service.

Terms of Service

Raseed’s services include Inventory Management, Invoice, Accounting, GST Bill, and Reporting tool features to accomplish all your business management software needs. The User can utilise the services for their personal and regional/national/international business.

With Internet support, the User can download the application from https://www.raseedapp.com/ and the Google Play Store. The User can create an account and add content to their profile. A suitable device and seamless Internet service are to be ensured from the User’s end for efficient use of the billing application.

Raseed’s features and services ensure compliance with Indian tax laws for ease of business. However, the User is accountable for complying with GST and other laws passed by the Indian Government.

Right to Amend

Raseed has the right to make changes, add, delete, impose, and/or modify requirements to this Terms of Service on any feature/service of the Raseed billing application at any time with or without notice under reasonable situations. Our email notifications on any such changes when using the Payment Gateway services or the application will comprise your acceptance of this modified Agreement.

Indemnification Trademark

The User agrees to any damages and holds Raseed and its team (officers, employees, suppliers, and affiliates) harmless from losses, damages, fines, and expenses coming out of or related to services the User availed in violation to another party’s right, law, and provisions of the Terms of Service.

Business Data and Privacy

Only the User is entitled to keep their username, password, and other sensitive data. The User is accountable for every activity occurring in the User account and agrees to immediately notify us if any illegal activity is observed in their account. Raseed is not responsible for the loss/damage/data leak/ ignoring backup recovery incurred by unauthorised access to the User account. The User is solely responsible for maintaining the User account’s confidentiality, backing up data, and securing the information. Raseed is by no means responsible for the data loss that occurred due to any discrepancy or software issue.

Data Ownership

The User is responsible for the content saved and devised by them. Raseed respects the User’s right to ownership of the content. According to Raseed’s Terms of Service, the User can create, change, use, reproduce, publish, and share the content saved and devised by them for Raseed’s internal use. We adhere to confidentiality and hold no accountability for data leaks from the User’s end.

Permissions

1. Storage: Raseed collects the metadata of your device files (file name, file type, created time, last updated time) for credit profile enhancement.

2. Contacts: Raseed collects the User’s contact details and other non-personal information to analyse the risk profile and enable credit feasibility. Raseed does not upload your personal information (name, email address, mobile number) to the server.

3. SMS: Raseed collects SMS information (sender name, SMS content, sent time, received time) to know your credit expenses and facilitate bills from the information. We never read your personal and OTP messages.

4. Location: Raseed collects your location details and current address to confirm your location, provides services when required, and finds any illegal activity.

5. Camera: Take pictures of the bills, invoices, quotations, etc., while attaching them to the transactions.

6. Calendar: Raseed gathers your calendar data to enhance your credit profile.

7. Call Logs: Raseed has permission to access your call logs to verify your phone number. We do not read any phone numbers or access any other personal information.

8. Accounts: Raseed manages and monitors account information (account name and account type) in your device for credit profile enhancement.

Access to Non-personal Information

Raseed tracks certain information about you based on your performance in the billing application. Learning about the User’s interests, demographics, and behaviour helps us to analyse, secure, and serve our customers and enhance our services. We may access your Internet Protocol (IP) address and the URL the User used to connect to the computer.

Raseed uses website cookies to identify users and make the website user-friendly. Agreeing to the Cookies Policy helps users use our services better. Suppose you are purchasing through the platform, in that case, we use the information from the cookies to settle disputes, offer customer support, and resolve issues legally.

Data Security

Raseed best understands the need to secure your private and public information. Our cybersecurity policies ensure extensive methods to safeguard your information against illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorised access that inflicts losses on you. However, Raseed does not take responsibility for data leaks, misuse, or confidentiality breaches from the User’s end.

Raseed adheres to the industry-standard technical, physical, and administrative measures to ensure your information security.
Our application is protected with encryption methods, firewalls, and continuous monitoring to detect security threats.
Raseed focuses on continuously improving the security policies to address the evolving security breaches.
Raseed insists the User keep the username and password confidential and be cautious to avoid data infringement.

Data Retention & Deletion Policy

Raseed does not access your personal information beyond the application performance. We retain it only under necessary conditions for analysing your performance and protecting data from our end. Once your account is deactivated or inactive, according to legal needs, Raseed deletes your personal information for legal compliance and fraud prevention. Your usage logs, transactional logs, event logs, and account data are managed for 3 (three) months, unless the User requests data deletion.

Approval of Alerts, Messages, and Promotional Campaigns

By agreeing to the Terms & Conditions of Raseed’s services, the User agrees to receive promotional, transactional, and commercial information from Raseed through messages, emails, or notifications.

Link to third-party SDK

Raseed has a link to a registered third-party SDK that gathers data on our behalf. The information is safely stored for credit risk assessment. We affirm that our third-party service provider takes comprehensive safety measures to secure your personal information against loss, misuse, or changes. Our third-party service provider uses separation of environments and duties and has stringent role-based access control on a documented, authorized, need-to-use basis.

The stored data is secured by application-level encryption. Our third-party service provider implements key management services to limit access to data. Furthermore, our registered third-party service provider offers hosting security—they use industry-leading anti-virus, anti-malware, intrusion prevention systems, intrusion detection systems, file integrity monitoring, and application control solutions.

Cancellation and Renewal Policies

Non-Refundable

Please note that the subscription fee is non-refundable in the event of a license cancellation.

The company shall not be held liable for any losses arising from the use of our application or software

Manual Renewal Process

Our system does not automatically renew licenses. For continued service, customers must manually renew their licenses at the end of their validity.

Suspension and Termination

Raseed reserves the right to suspend and deactivate any User account and temporarily restrict complete or partial access to any service in cases of suspicious/illegal/fraudulent activities, breach of usage terms, extended time of inactivity, or requests from law enforcement and other government agencies.
