This is a legal agreement between you and Raseed explaining your usage of Raseed billing application and your collaboration with us if you are based in India. By accepting the Terms &amp; Conditions (T&amp;C), you give your consent to these terms while using our product and services. You cannot display or use Raseed&#8217;s trademarks without prior notification and written permission. The User can utilise the services for their personal and regional\/national\/international business.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2410ab6 de_scroll_animation_no elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2410ab6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>With Internet support, the User can download the application from <a style=\"color: #2db14c;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.raseedapp.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.raseedapp.com\/<\/a> and the Google Play Store. The User can create an account and add content to their profile. A suitable device and seamless Internet service are to be ensured from the User&#8217;s end for efficient use of the billing application.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ac119cc de_scroll_animation_no elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ac119cc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Raseed&#8217;s features and services ensure compliance with Indian tax laws for ease of business. The User is accountable for every activity occurring in the User account and agrees to immediately notify us if any illegal activity is observed in their account. The User is solely responsible for maintaining the User account&#8217;s confidentiality, backing up data, and securing the information. Raseed respects the User&#8217;s right to ownership of the content. According to Raseed&#8217;s Terms of Service, the User can create, change, use, reproduce, publish, and share the content saved and devised by them for Raseed&#8217;s internal use. We adhere to confidentiality and hold no accountability for data leaks from the User&#8217;s end.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e7072ea de_scroll_animation_no elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e7072ea\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Permissions<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a2021fe de_scroll_animation_no elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a2021fe\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>1. <strong>Storage:<\/strong> Raseed collects the metadata of your device files (file name, file type, created time, last updated time) for credit profile enhancement.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ff9e9ac de_scroll_animation_no elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ff9e9ac\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>2. <strong>Contacts:<\/strong> Raseed collects the User&#8217;s contact details and other non-personal information to analyse the risk profile and enable credit feasibility. Raseed does not upload your personal information (name, email address, mobile number) to the server.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6bfd64e de_scroll_animation_no elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6bfd64e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t3. <strong>SMS:<\/strong> Raseed collects SMS information (sender name, SMS content, sent time, received time) to know your credit expenses and facilitate bills from the information.
